Basil - the cuddle monster

Basil is such a sweetheart, and absolutely adores cuddles. Late last night we were snuggling together and he snuggled in to my shoulder like a baby. So cute! I can't believe it's only a week and a half since he came to me - feels like he's been here forever. He's such a lively boy!

He's a big boy to look at, but actually, it's mostly hair - he was very svelte when I bathed him! As for food - well, it didn't take him long to discover that he can beg at the cage door and be rewarded with veggies!

Basil is very cute and sounds like he's settled in very well
