bathing maisies bum

maisie has managed to get her hair all messy again. she has a long piece of hair that we call her skirt. :)) i have to trim it regularly because she drags it through all the wee! rolleyes

anyway, this time can i bath just her bum aswell as it looks a bit filthy.

this probably sounds stupid but will it be ok if she smells of shampoo a bit, and chesney doesn't? ?/ sorry if that sounds really stupid :red

i'll just be using damp flannels. :)p
 
I cant see it being a problem, has she been bathed before?

If your two girls get on ok then i wouldnt panic about her smelling of shampoo. If you have any problems just bath them both so they both smell the same, but theyre usually fine if they get on otherwise.

yes, they've been bathed before, but generally chesney stays clean but maisie could do with extra bum baths inbetween normal baths.

that was what i was worried about, them smelling different and it being a problem. but with it being so cold, i didn't want to bath chesney aswell if he doesn't need it. :)

i'll give her a quick wipe over with a flannel and their shampoo tomorrow, and trim her skirt aswell. she's a good girl so she won't mind. :)

i sorted maisie skirt out for her, trimmed it and she had got it into a right state.. there was a tangled knot there. poor girl. so i trimmed that, combed through it gently.

she was so good bless her. she sat there no problems and ate some coriander.

now the long hair has been trimmed back, she is able to reach the underneath better and has cleaned herself up aswell.

i don't know why she likes dragging her skirt through wee! rolleyes

anyway, she looks much better now :)x)
