Bathing piggies..

HI :)

My 2 piggies are about 7 months old. Is it ok to bath them now?

Does anybody recommend any good shampoos to use?

I want to bath Jewel as she is a tri-colour and the white part on her has a stain on it :(
I will bath them both so they both smell the same.

I have never bathed a piggie before so any tips or suggestions are welcome :))

Hiya, I bathed mine about 7 months, I used johnsons baby shampoo they smell gorgeous after!

They used to go in sink now they're big their in the big boy bath! Lol..

If you pop on to gorgeous guineas website... Just google Gorgous guineas shampoo... :)
They do all different gorgeous shampoos... I can highly reccomemd them... Infact I'm going to place another order this week... :)
Easi rinse is a good one... :)

As for bathing them... I prefer to use the sink with pigs... :)
Just remember to change the water before you rinse them... So you defiantly get all the soap out... Don't want no scratchy girls... :)

Also, do you always use Johnsons baby shampoo? Is it ok to use everytime? I would not have thought to use it. :)
 
I use Gorgeous Guineas shampoo, really good!
Mine are done in the kitchen sink. I just have to be careful that they don't try and climb out but other than that I find it easy to do them.
Make sure you dry them well, good excuse for long cuddles wrapped in a warm, snuggly towel.
Then 'hey presto' lovely clean, fresh, beautiful smelling piggies! x)
 
I also recommend gorgeous guineas! Their website will have recommendations based on their hair type and stuff.

They do some little "taster" pots of shampoo (don't actually taste them!) which are enough for a couple of baths, so you could get a couple and see which you prefer.

I like the easi-rinse/cederwood and lemongrass one, got mine delivered today....bath time boys! :))
