We really need to bath Bonnie and Lottie because they are a bit wee wee smelling from spraying each other (girls eh!)

Problem is I don't want Millie to be bathed because one she really doesnt need it and two I think she looks a bit fragile and small. She's recovered well from the fungal too so I don't want to take any risks. She is over 16wks now.

If we do bath just Bonnie and Lottie would it cause big problems once they are back in the cage with Millie?

I would recommend bathing them all three (even if it is just a superficial one for Millie). Make sure that they are completely out of drafts and warm, but not hot.

Group smell is much more important for guinea pigs with their fine noses. We humans tend to underestimate this aspect! There is much more of an ado afterwards when a piggy smells differently in my own experience.

How about if you only partially bathe Millie? I mean just wet underneath and her bum, give her a quick scrub and back out again, as opposed to soaking her all over? I did the same to fuzzy on Tuesday, he'd been lying in his pee, to hot to move I think and he smelt and bathing gets him so so distressed so I placed him in an inch of water and bathed belly and bum, this seemed to work :)

This is a great idea thanks :)
Hopefully it will still be warm enough tomorrow to get them done.
