i have recentally cleaned the pocket area inbetween his penius and balls like my vet showed me I am still not sure where his greese gland is to clean that.Hi!
Please check the boar bits for the stinky smell and the grease gland in case it is overactive, which is not uncommon, especially in boars.
Our illustrated boar care guide shows you exactly what to check and how deal with any problems: Boar Care: Bits, Bums & Baths (includes grease gland checks and care)
Here is our illustrated bathing guide which shows you how you can safely avoid the risk of accidents when bathing; it also includes shampoo recommendations. Please be aware that the more often you bathe the more you stimulate the grease gland, so regular bathing can make the problem worse instead of better.
