Baths?

So I gave Luna and Penny baths yesterday, so I could re-introduce them. It worked fine and they are now back with each other.
When they were mostly dry, I put them in a clean run and sat with them for a while. I changed their cage out, and put them back in there. I made sure the windows and door was closed, so there wasn't a draft. They weren't wet when I put them back in the cage together.
A few hours ago, Luna started to make a funny noise. I can't really describe it, but it kind of sounds like a wheezey noise. She is still eating normally though.
What should I do?

Keep an eye on her and take her to the vets if the breathing gets worse or she loses her appetite.
Here are symptoms for URI. In my experience, you need at least two symptoms present; the breathing can sometimes sound a bit louder, but nothing comes of it - as long as you do not become complacent.

Thanks. Well, she is squeaking like she usually does when you give her a cuddle, but it sounds completely different. When I noticed it earlier I gave her a bit of cucumber to make sure she stays hydrated, and she wolfed it down. I was really worried because I read somewhere that if you give a piggy a bath they can end up with pneumonia. I can't really say whether she is moving around less, because she doesn't usually run around (loads) until around 6-7pm. She's always been pretty quiet during the day.

I've just been to check on her and her breathing didn't seem to bad. Still loud(ish) but not as loud as earlier. I took the cosies out of the cage to see if that helped (she lies under them and moves around the cage so I thought I'd move them in case it was that). Do you think that could be the reason why she was breathing differently? (There's never been a problem before).

If you bathed them is there a possibility that she inhaled a little water when she was being bathed? I ask because I have one piggy that always inhales some water off her veg if it's in a bowl, so I now scatter the veg around. She gets a little fluid in her nose & it makes a little popping sound when she breathes.

The vet told me to take her in next time & she will give me something for it.

Not sure. Possibly though because she was very fidgety and wouldn't stay still when I wasn't touching her (to get shampoo bottle).
The noises have decreased a lot and she has been popcorning around quite a bit this evening. She seems okay now. I'll keep a close eye on her though and if she changes at all I'll get her to the vets.
