Baytril dosage

Sorry this has probably been asked countless times, I've a boar who weighs about 990g and has just been put on baytril for a 'rattly chest' the dose he's been given is 0.1ml twice a day diluted in water (1:4) this seems a little low to me, all my other pigs of a similar weight have had 0.4ml twice a day. The Baytril is 2.5%. any thoughts. Thanks.

It is a low/conservative, but acceptable dose.
