It’s with a very heavy heart that my beautiful Coco had to be helped over the bridge yesterday evening.
She was a beautiful and gentle pig who liked a cuddle - she would potato whenever I held her (not often). Her wheek was deep and drawn out. She wheeled for all of them, until Toff also found his voice and would sometimes take over.

I’m so sorry you had to help Coco over the bridge. She was gorgeous. Such a difficult decision to make. But the kindest one. Take care ❤️

The grief we feel on losing these gorgeous creatures is the price we pay for loving them so much. Coco had a wonderful life with you. You’ve been called on to make the most difficult decision we ever have to take as pet owners / slaves. Be gentle with yourself. Try to remember her at her glorious best and not as she was at the end. Having to make that decision is the most dreadful thing any pet loving person has to do, even though its done out of love, Coco would know how much she was loved and the memories you made with her will be kept safely in your heart. Grieving is a hard process to go through so take care of yourself and take the time you need. Popcorn over the bridge sweet Coco 🌈

Guilt is a normal part of grieving.
It will pass, but takes time.
The decision to pts is one of the hardest any pet owner makes, but it’s made out of love and compassion.
Allow yourself and the children that time needed to grieve
