I’m afraid I have no advice on where to buy fleece as I never used to use it myself but if you’re concerned about them being chilly at night, you could cover the cage with a blanket and provide them with a microwaveable snugglesafe heat pad or two so they have one each. They’re not quite cheap but well worth the money Amazon.co.uk you can also buy fleecy houses and cuddle cups from places like Amazon and eBay Amazon.co.uk

Hi and welcome

I have titled your thread and moved it to our housing section (which also includes all things bedding) for you so that you will get more helpful answers.

We have got an illustrated step-by-step fleece guide here; including washing and underlayer tips but also an overview over althernatives fleece:
- Bedding For Guinea Pigs - Overview
- A Detailed Guide For Fleece Bedding
- Members recommended UK and US sites for fleece cage liners and accessories

- Personally, I would recommend that you start wearing a mask when cleaning cages and refilling hay areas; especially on bad days so that you can avoid being triggered by hay dust clouds as much as possible.
- A small hand hoover can also help with the daily poo patrol as it removes more dust from the bedding at the same time.
- I would recommend microwaveable snugglesafe pads for keeping your piggies warm during cold days or nights. They are widely available online. I slip mine for my elderlies underneath the bobble bath mats which I prefer to use as bedding, especially where they sleep in a hut or the fleece caves some of my oldies prefer.

I hope that forum members with asthma (we have a few) can also help you with more practical tips or experiences.
