Beetroot, Endive and Lambs Lettuce?

My other half got a salad mix and has now decided he doesn't want it! MEN!
Anyway, can it be given to my lovely ladies? Nothing wrong with it, he just doesn't want it! I couldn't find it on the list at the top of this forum so thought i'd put it to the masses!

My piggies eat a lot of endives, but they don't like lambs lettuce at all. Have only tried dried beetroot for gps and they didn't like that either...mine are a bit too fussy!! As long as there is no iceberg I think it's ok (as far as I've read on the forum).
