Beetroot Leaves?

Quick question can beetroot leaves turn the piggies urine pink?

Had a fair bit of pink staining on bedding and now loosing sleep with worry!

If not it's going to be an expensive visit to the vets tomorrow!

I don't feed our pigs leaves as they are extremely high in calcium and oxylates. However, they do like beetroot itself. I've even started growing it for them.
Wee may go pink but its the maroon poos that are the surprise on the floor a day later.

That solves a mystery for me-thankyou!I gave my piggy boys 3 small leaves each and noticed pink wee soon after.Panicking Ive booked them into the vet tomorrow morn thinking one may have a bad infection.I will still take them of course but I reckon that's why.Phew!
