Should I clean the greese glands? I've never bathed them before so don't know :(! If so what with?
 
It may not be necessary. If it feels rough or scabby, it may be necessary. A dab of washing up liquid does the trick: use it neat, no water on the pig but it helps if your hand is wet. Massage it on the spot for a minute or two, you will feel the grease lifting and it will crumble or peel off. Rinse that off, then begin the bath as normal. :)
 
Some owners use Swarfega but washing up liquid is more likely to be in the average kitchen.
