I was kept awake last night...and not for a good reason!:))

Ben has suddenly taken to chewing the bars. Now, he's always done this when he knows food is coming to him, but last night he was just taking the mickey!

At 2.38 (I can be precise, I was there!), I came round from a lovely dream to the sound of him gnawing. Told him to shush and it seemed to work.

3.12. More chewing. Got up and threw in the last of some dandelion and green oat stuff in the hope it would shut him up. Seemed to do the trick.

4.10. Chewing again. Gave in. Got up and cut some cucumber. Little . He'd have me wrapped right around his little finger...if he had one...!

8.20. Awakened by Benjamin and his chewing once again. Weird boy.

I'm not quite sure why he's started this...he has food, water, hay and toys in there. Will have a stern talking to today!:))

ahhhhhhhhhhhh he needs some talking to :))
Send him here to Auntie Glynis' therapy group :(|)

Oh love i do hope he calms down, is he annoyed with you for some reason? you've not neglected to give fav foods?
Boys will be boys x)
Hope you get a good nights sleep tonight xx>>>xx>>>

He's had everything he asks for...I'll pack him a little bag now and send him over to you!

He's fine - had a good run round last night, has eaten his normal stuff. And, do you know what tops it all off? He's up there now in his pigloo...chilling, well on his way to the land of the z's...zzzzzzzzz Cheeky sod!

OK i'll order PigAir to fly him over...........oh i wish drooldrool

He just wants his mummy's attention, how DARE you sleep :(|):(|) that's piggies time for playing rolleyes

I've had a couple of pigs do this in the past. It just seems to be a phase they sometimes go through. A very annoying one unfortunately. :))

I bet he is thinking...mmmm, this is good, if I gnaw the bars and annoy mum, she gets up and gives me treats so I will keep doing it! :))

Ear plugs and a pillow over your head may be the answer rolleyes:(|)

McGee did this too last night but I am sure his attempts were to get to the girls, I put a huge towel/blanket over his cage and it seemed to calm him a bit :)

Bless his little heart eh?!rolleyes

He's only still in my room because the room downstairs where they normally are is:

1) Technically the 'dining room' and because my mum is coming back again at the end of the month, I couldn't be bothered moving them back and forth

2) The wall is soon to be done for damp proofing, so again, they'd need to be moved

If he does it again, I'll be going into the spare room. It's one of those click-clack bed things so I wasn't going to be shifting that in the middle of the night!:)) Maybe I can get Dave to have a word...{:|
