Benson's been out

Poor Benson is terminally ill with liver failure. I don't expect he has too much time left with us, so it was lovely that he was able to get outside for a couple of hours today.

Thanks! Not only is he very handsome, he's also got a lovely nature - very placid and sweet. He was a real cuddly pig and he still likes to be on a lap but he is very bony now underneath that fuzzy coat. He has been pretty chipper this past week so I am hoping we have more time left than initially thought.

I weighed him this morning and his weight is up again! Can't believe it - he is still very thin at only 695g but that's 60g increase since Tuesday! I don't know what's going on but I'm very pleased with him
