Hi all, Effie is now almost 5 years old and both of her front feet have started to bend outwards. They have not always been this way and it has happened gradually. I have always kept her nails trimmed and she isn't visibly in pain, but I am concerned. I will be booking a vet appointment, but wondered if anyone has had anything similar? Thanks

Hi! It is not at all uncommon in older piggies. If you are worried, have her checked for arthritis.

Best see the vet to make sure but my piggy Jezzy floof who came to us from a bad background has very bent feet and she doesnt seem to notice, it just needs a bit of extra care doing regular nail trims and checking her foot spurs (bits of long hard skin) and checking they dont get too sore on the foot edge she walks on x
