My little Chocolate died unexpectedly on Friday while I was getting him checked over at the vet (I had taken both of them).
It was only last night I read the care advice on here... When we returned from the vet I popped Ginger back in the cage and gave home a treat. The same day I was due to change the cage but I've left it so he still chocolate smell about but I need to change it now. He seems perky enough, won't go into the other house for long. His weight is up and down and I've been given critical care + 5ml syringe and pro c just to give him. And loads of cuddles...any advice welcome

So sorry for your loss, great link above given, please take a read. Ginger will know Chocolate has left for the Rainbow bridge so please don't worry about changing the cage now
