Bernie’s strange lump!

You should keep it! I’ve still got Peanut’s nose tooth! 😀
I'd tape that lid on tight!
I've still got Rusty's stone on a shelf in the living room in it's bottle. I can't bring myself to put it away, it's like it would be a bad omen if I did.
Yes I’ve still got Rupert’s stone from years ago! Can’t bear to throw it! And the huge grass seed that was stuck in Daisy the cat’s eye about six years ago!
Glad gorgeous Bernie still ok @SkyPipDotBernie x

Did that stink? I found a cats tooth on my doormat and that really smelled bad
No neither of them smell! She basically had a bit of cat hay poke after being out in the summer, came back with a watery eye and I cleaned it a few times that night! Vets in the morning and he pulled this big whopper of a seed out that was stuck under her eyelid :yikes: Poor Daisy and evil mummy poking at her!
The tooth was probably from a cat with dental disease, why it smelt! It’s really common for cats to lose teeth when they’ve got bad dental troubles.

It was that black local cat who it came from, he's used to eat off the concrete floor, I think thats what may have broke it, wasn't the full tooth either, it had snapped. Or like u say, dental desease, everyone used to put wet food out for him.

He's the boy that got collected by the rspca, went to Brixworth to a fosterer and then got rehome. So must have had a full check up

Bless him, at least you all fed him and cared about the little chap. He was so cute, wonder how he’s doing now? Yeah he should have got a good check up, especially with him being older.
My cats have cat toothpaste! Put it on their paw and they lick it off as advised by my vet! Only started having it when they were about 7/8 so no chance I could get my hands in their mouths to use the toothbrush when they weren’t used to it! Well without losing a few chunks from my fingers I can imagine! :))

I'd love to know where he is and I'd go see him, but could be anywhere in or near Northampton😔.

Aah, bet he’s got a cracking life now though and being spoilt rotten! He definitely deserved it! I’d love to know the same about the poor little grey tabby that my horrible hoarder neighbour had. She was such a sweetie and after three litters of kittens one after another really hope she got the life she should’ve had!

I’m really glad Bernie is ok. Filthy boys 🤣. I have to check mine all the time. Fernando is still producing some eye-watering sperm rods a month post-neuter and delightful Algernon gets a smeg-ridden penis every couple of days. A quick wipe with a wet wipe does the trick. Mucky, mucky boys! The wonderfully pristine new sow arrival is putting my lads to shame. 🤣

I've only ever see one sperm rod from a previous boar of mine. Yuk

I’ve noticed it seems to be more prevalent in older boars with impaction. The late Hamish used to get them (mind you he also had arthritis so perhaps couldn’t bend to retrieve them) and Fernando is quite prone to them. I wonder if there’s more pressure on the boy bits. I guess the younger piggies are a bit more agile and can clean their own bits better.

When Christian hurt his back last year this is the sperm rod I had to VERY carefully relieve him of! :yikes:

Ouch, ouch, ouch! Mostly when Fernando produces ones like these, there’s a thin rod inside and then a mushroom of stuff that’s dripped down the side. What a delightful conversation. 🤣
