So I have had trouble finding a good pellet that is healthy and good for my guinea pigs.
I've heard that Burgess excel is a great brand and I really want to get my hands on it but Australia
has really awful small animal (and just any animal) products, they are such bad quality and
I need to find a pellet that is good and where to get it from. Also any online store where I can get it for CHEAP, and I can trust!

What would you recommend?

Mine are on Bunny Guinea Pig Basic which I buy from Zooplus online but it may not be available in Australia. There are a few Australian members on here though, would tag them but can't remember usernames at the moment.

I feed Excell Burgess and yes it is pricey! But it does seem to be a pretty balance and all round Good Diet! I suppose you could get it from Amazon? I'm not really too sure about Australian distribution but i HIGHLY recommend it. Also heard very good things about Oxbow although never tried myself.

Yes it is VERY pricey... I just checked... the food was 9 dollars itself but they charged 25 dollars for shipping D: ahhhh! wish I lived in the UK :(

They may do. They sell the best pellet which is bunny and second best which is vitakraft.

yes... I was just looking at that :) it is a bit expensive though and if you double how much it costs that is what it costs for me :(

No it is only 4kg. Is vitakraft more affordable? With pellets you get what you pay for and you dont need to feed many as they are huge.

It says it includes Seeds! Anyway I might just go with bunny :) Better Safe Than Sorry

Oh no! That is such a shame. Maybe other Australian members can advise you then.

I know right! It seems to me the UK has the best small animal products and brands :) Anyway I'm almost certain I can get oxbow here :)

I find Germany has the best pellets though. There are no good English pellets. America seem to have the best furniture. They do lovely piggy sofas and beds.
