Redigrass is high in calcium so only should be used as a treat. Personally, I do not feed it. Have you tried hay from hayforpets? It is very reasonably priced.

I am a bit confused. Someone from readigrass told me that you can feed it all the time!

Sorry but they would say that as they want you to buy it! I know a lot of people do feed it but I get really worried about calcium levels. Why not feed it once a week until it is finished?

Woah, its disgusting what people does just to sell what they offer without even thinking that they can hurt someone...
I'm sorry I can't comment on the hay itself, it isn't available where I live (nor on the websites where I buy piggy things) so I haven't heard of it. But yeah, if its high in calcium its a nono for a daily basis, unless the piggy is a baby (under 6 months).

If you want to get another one for the future you could check zooplus. It has quite a few hays, and you can read the reviews on there to see if it could be worth it. Or you can have an eye on this thread: https://www.theguineapigforum.co.uk/threads/what-is-the-best-brand-of-hay.122468/ its new, so people will comment often, I think, there you can get ideas about popular and good hays :D

I give my guineas Meadow Hay, which I get from the Range (unfortunately not my local range). My girls love it very much and feast on it for hours.

Really? I very rarely use hay for bedding as my girls tend to eat their bedding before they've even pooped in it.

I use it to keep my piggies warm as they are outside and landlord is scared of rodents!:(
When we move house in Spring they will just have fitch.
