I'm going to be feeding either suoa excel or ss..they will be on Fab guinea with alfalfa

I'm using Tesco mix at the moment, all seem to like it. Would like to change to Exel but as all are eating well right now I don't think I'll change over just yet.

Mine have Cavy Cuisine, Supa Guinea is too high in Protein for what mine do (or don't ::) )

lol ok i wasnt sure about supa guinea it has loads of vit c but like u say the protien wow

I wouldn't rely on dry food for vit C, they all differ greatly in how much they put in the food and the vitamin level decreases when the bag is opened so not a very exact science really :)

mine are on science selective, not one of them would eat the supa excell lol

Ummm all this choice.

What do people recommend?

I used to use Gertie, but after reading the review on it?! Help#!

I recommend and use Cavy Cuisine because its based on Timothy Grass. They don't like the Excel. Go fopr one without colourings first and foremost (see ingredients lable), my next priority would be one without alfalfa (ingredients lable again :) )

ll have to keep in a plastic (sealed) bag or the fridge to keep it fresh
