They are Spike and Peanut. Feel a bit mean sometimes about Peanut, he was going to be Oliver but it didn't suit him, he was brown and peanut shaped and it kind of stuck. He quite often gets called Nutty now.
 
That is such a cute photo of them together. they must be very close.

I feel so lucky to have these two. I know you can never be sure they will always get on but so far so good. We get a bit of grumbling but it's very half hearted. I'd only ever had elderly boar, young boar pairings before, and once had a mother, daughter pairing. These two were born in the same week and are 8 months now. They call to each other if they can't see each other it's so cute, neither one is really dominant, Spike is more confident around humans and he tries to encourage Peanut to explore when out of the cage, but when Peanut just wants to hide Spike stays with him. I'd be devastated if they ever lost this closeness and needed to be separated.
