What's everyone's favourite outdoor bedding....ie, shavings or Fitch or something else? (Obviously bucket fulls of hay as well😉)

Ta muchly 🙂

We use the snowflake shavings, have used aboise but not so keen on that. We layer newspaper and puppy pads with the shavings on top them plenty of hay for the girls to spread about.

I used snowflake soft chip and wood shavings. I’ve used aubiose in the past (indoors) which I really liked but can’t use. Easibed is another one that is good.

I will be putting my boys back outside once the temperature's right but I do the same newspapers, shavings and hay and hay and hay.....although I was thinking now I have the fleece for indoors I might try it in the hutch instead of the shavings - just for summer though as fleece would be no good when it's cold and damp.

Our girls are outdoors in summer and the fleece bedding seems to be just fine.

Mine have a hutch in the shed.
Year round the hutch is bedded on either aubiose or shavings and then topped with hay. However, i habe now started using megazorb and really like it.
In summer, I do use fleece on the shed floor itself (it’s usually newspaper and hay in winter), but I prefer the disposable bedding
