Ok its nearly April and my boar is almost ready to join the sows. I am wondering when does the weather start staying in double numbers during the night? I do not want to just put them together during the day then put them into seperates cages at night. I really want to get them back into the 5ft hutch as they love the space. I Know I could just put them in cc type cage or buy the biggest indoor cage which I would need for next winter anyway.
So when does it get warmer at night so they can live outside again?

Mine were't going to go out til the wather is heaps more predictable then it is now! But saying that, by the time it is ready for them to stay out, they will be going into a shed that my dad is building for me :D

But round about May time :)

We can get frosts anytime up to late May in our area. I presume you wait until the frosts are over?

Hey there Michelle - why don't you put them out gradually? you could start them off in the hutch in the day & then the shed at night....you could have that cage R&W were in back if it helps?

That would be a great help I did not like to ask but I had thought of it ;)
