I really thought you had turned the corner Bette and were on the road to recovery.
Youre antics allways reminded me of Dindy as she has a similar grumpy character to you.
Give 'them hell at the bridge you old besom.
 
Joanne I'm so sorry to hear this. I feel like I knew Bette...she was such a lovely lady to you, but a devil to Milo! It's good to know that you're not blaming yourself though...I will be thinking of you....x

So sorry about Bette - grumpy girl, maybe, but I enjoyed reading about her antics and always loved her pictures.

I guess none of us will forget her - small in size maybe, but large in character.

I can't tell you how sorry I am Joanne and how proud I am of you for taking such good care of her and being so brave at the end. x

Lorna, She was dying. Before I even went in the vet room I knew the outcome.

Adleast, I know what was wrong.
 
Oh Joanne, my heart sank when I saw Bettes name here. I'm so very sorry. I'm sure she will find a husband at RAinbow Bridge who will put up with her diva ways. Popcorn free at the bridge beautiful Bette and send piggie kisses down to your mummy who will miss your terribly..
 
I posted on the other thread but just wanted to say agin how sorry I am. I think form your stories about her antics we all felt we knew Bette and will miss her greatly.
 
Beautiful, bossy little Bette. She was such a character and I loved reading about her antics and relationship with Milo. One of my favourite forum piggies, she will never be forgotten. Popcorn free at the rainbow bridge gorgeous girl. x

Thinking of you at this really hard time Joanne. Find comfort in all your piggies with lots of cuddles.

Since I read Bette wasn't well I have been thinking about her. I've felt like many people on here that I feel as if I know your piggies even if I've never met them.
Hugs from me and the girls Rosie and Rum and just remember all your happy times together she wouldn't have had without you.
 
Aaaaaaaw no, I am so sorry Joanne, we lost our gorgeous George today too so maybe they can be partners at the bridge and take care of each other :(

So sorry for your loss Joanne. Bette certainly was a character - a feisty little madam - I loved her to bits for the time she was here with me and I know she couldn't have had a better home than with you. I was thrilled you adopted her and I am just sorry it was for a relatively short time but she had a great quality of life as all your piggies do.

I feel the same about Beechie.......it's not like I haven;t had to part with piggies before....but even last night I found myself bawling my eyes out becasue it;s like I;ve lost a piece of myself....

Little Bette.....you were a most loved piggie and your mumy misses you terribly. Please send her a few heavenly piggie kisses to let her know you are still with her in spirit and still love her lots

I don't think things will ever change I was speaking about her death tonight and its still horrible.

I know beechie ment so much to you and no one can ever fault you for his care you did everything you could I admire you for being so brave x
