Bill is having a snuggle!

It’s one I made of of fleece and a piece of quilted material! Bill loves to snuggle in it and I stroke him and he just flops! I looked on Utube at a video on how to do it, it was quite easy. It’s like a large hand muff people use in winter snow scenes

You can try browsing Etsy or Amazon for guinea pig snuggles.
Have a look at the members websites section on the forum too.
I know there are a number of very gifted members who make all sorts of lovely snuggly stuff so you could even try putting out a plea / request for something.

Thanks x. Do you have to open it up for him to climb inside? Is it safe to have one like that in a hutch if I'm not there too? I had hoped I could get one for them to use themselves to snuggle it maybe at night, so wasn't sure if I should try and get an igloo kind of design. Maybe even a small cat bed or similar 🤷🏻‍♀️

Aw, I’m so sorry you lost her x I don’t really remember, I was in such a state with Ted and to be honest I didn’t really look at the threads as I was just so focussed on finding a solution for him.

Here’s a screenshot from eBay of some, they are basically a fleece tunnel with an opening at each end. Very cosy unless they pee in them. Bill is a ! He shuffles his bum just far out enough to pee on your lap!71EA6F11-60D3-43F3-A081-80A52C22D0FC.webp

Yes, wonder if we suggested it as a monthly piggie thread for all the piggies born/adopted on a certain month, we could add photos and little stories about them. It would be Fun, I’m very much up for it!

Those are amazing! They actually stay open and don't collapse on the pig. I'll have to have a look myself. Thank you x

I’ve made two, they do collapse if they sit on them so I don’t keep them in the cage, I tend to use them for cuddles on my lap. The ones on the screenshot look a bit firmer and may stay up better, they probably have some sponge sheet inside them x

Don’t they just! Old Mr Pee and Mr Poop keep my poor old washing machine on overtime with all this fleece stuff, I’m becoming a firm fan of Noddle matts!
