Hey friends :)
I've made a post very similar to this in the past, but then they had a small cage and I'm guessing it was out of boredom (they had a 118*57cm cage). Now they have a bigger cage - 140*70 and lots of room. In the past week or so, just one of my piggies (the same that did it the last time) has started chewing on the bars again and every morning at the same time - 6am! They get fed 7:30.
They're in their cage only at night, so about 4-5 hours. Most of the time the door is open, so they can run around just like in the picture.

I change their playpen and cage every week, so everything's different. I don't know what to do, I'm scared for his teeth. :(

If you can't work out the reason for it, then the best thing is to cover that part of the bars so he doesn't break his teeth or injure his jaw.

Is there a chance that you could leave them out in the pen all the time? The cage does look quite small, especially with the wooden house in it, so it could be boredom. Maybe he's asking for the door to be opened?

The wooden house was there only for a day. :) And it's a bad picture, you can't see the other end of the cage. He is asking for it to be opened, yes, but every time I do, he doesn't go out. He just goes to sleep or eats hay or whatever. It's not like he has to start running around. His brother is the one who goes out haha.

If he bites the same area I'd try covering it to see if that stops me, or if he just moves to another part of the cage.

I also have a bar biter despite a large cage, regular floor time, etc.
Ruby only does it when she wants food or attention, but it did still worry me so I bought a small piece of perspex from the DIY store and drilled a hole in each corner. I cable tied it to the place she would bite, and then when she moved to another area of the cage I just moved the perspex.
So far this seems to have helped and she rarely bites the bars anymore.

That's a good idea, I'll try that. :) Tonight I have to use something else, since it's late and I got home from work, but I'll try to find something like that :)
