Hi, I have two female guinea pigs. My bigger piggie (Her name is piglet) has been fighting with my smaller piggie (Winnie) and it seems like she bit her around the bum area due to a small amount of blood around this area and on the bedding. I also see piglet trailing behind her around her bum area, I'm really worried and I don't know what to do. Do I need to separate them? They seem to get along fine otherwise. I've already moved their food and houses to different sides of the cage to avoid them fighting over their houses.
 
They have been together for over 2 years now, I don't know why they are being so aggressive.
