hi I'm a owner of 3 piggies and this week i gave them to my friend to babysit for 3 days but she had a female piggie they all fighted and my oldest piggie got bitten by 2 oother twins they all are like brothers but my oldest piggie got bitten on the lip and it looks hurt real bad and it was 2 hours ago but my oldest piggie got bitten on the neck area too but yay its healing and getting much better but I'm a little worried about my oldest piggie
 
If you are worried about your piggy then you should go to the vet.
This is always a good idea with any health concern.
It may be worth taking all injured piggies just to be on the safe side.

Please make sure that your piggies are OK and that the bites are not infected and become abscessed. have them vet checked to see whether they may need an antibiotic.

Please make sure that you can board your guinea pigs with somebody who will not mix yours with theirs. The single sow has unfortunately been felt invaded in her territory and defended herself with bites. It is not her fault.
Guinea pigs don't do playtime. For them it is always bonding time, but if you just stick piggies together that have never met (or worse stick them into somepig else's cage) then trouble is unfortunately pretty inevitable. :(
