Yes, it's just grease from the grease gland; my Bailey is a really greasy pig and always like that only worse! You could try cleaning the area with swarfega, just rub it on dry, then rinse off and shampoo as normal.
Yeah, just grease from the gland. You can see it more sometimes in the paler or white piggies. As said, use a bit of swarfega to get it off, or if not sometimes a bit of washing up liquid works, but its not as good.
