Black mole like spit on piggy

She 9 almost 10 months old and I was doing a quick check on one of my piggies when I found what looks like a black mole on her tummy inbetween her nipples. She doesn't seem uncomfortable but I just want to make sure it's not anything fatal
 
I can't offer advice but wanted to give support! Do you have a picture of it you could add to this post? It may help others recognise what it could be and if she may require a vet :)
 
Is it an extra nipple? Many guinea pigs have extra ones in odd places near the other main nipples.
