Found this on Minnie. She's not mine so I can't take her to the vet myself but I was just wondering what it was so I can notify the owner.

Please ask the owner to keep a weekly eye on it and see a vet if it changes size and starts to grow noticeably.
At the moment, it is highly unlikely to be harmful but could be anything.
