Bladder Issues

My guinea pig Muffin is most likely ill, and my guess is it has something to do with her bladder. A few days ago I put her back in the cage after holding her, and I saw she was peeing, and at the same time squeaking like she was in pain. When she walked away, I noticed the pee look a little darker than usual (I don't know if this matters but every time I've watched her do this since then she has also pooped at the same time). Yesterday, I decided to put her on a some white paper towels and wait for her to pee so I could see what it looks like. She peed twice, the first time it was more of a light brownish color and the second time it was pink. I also noticed sticky stuff on one of her poops. Besides these problems, Muffin has been acting pretty normal, she is still eating and drinking, she can still run and hop around, she still seems pretty happy (she hasn't bit anyone and still loves to lick our fingers), and she doesn't appear to be in any pain when I touch her belly. A couple of years ago her sister was peeing blood and it turned out it was bladder stones we gave her her meds every day and she died within a couple of weeks. Let's say this time for reasons out of my control were not able to take Muffin to the vet, is there anything at all I can do for her at home, I can go to a grocery store, and probably a pet store. Any suggestions?

Sadly she will need to see a vet. Blood in urine and squeaky pees can range from a uti or bladder sludge to a stone and only a vet can diagnose and treat.

At the very least she will need antibiotics and a painkiller which again, only a vet can prescribe.

This really needs to be looked at by a vet, if you cannot take her in person under the current circumstances, perhaps you could email them these pictures? She definitely needs some pain relief, and probably an antibiotic, prescribing in the short term in case this is a UTI- if she receives appropriate medicine and this doesnt clear up then she needs a hands on examination and probably an xray or scan in case it is stones.
But I think a vet seeing this and hearing those symptoms would try prescribing anti-inflammatory pain relief and antibiotics first in the hope it is simply an infection. Please phone the vet and send them these photos, there are no home remedies that can replace prescribed medicines!

Good news! My mom loves Muffin too much and decided we could go to the vet. We live in one of the states in the US with the most Corona cases and deaths, so we had to drive pretty far to find an open vets office. We're waiting outside and apparently an employee has to bring out a box to put Muffin in because we're not allowed inside, which is strange, and a little scary. But the good news is my mom is willing to pay for antibiotics, painkillers, an x-ray, and whatever else Muffin needs to get better.

Update: Muffin has a bladder stone and a UTI. We went home with antibiotics, and painkillers. We can't afford the surgery so we're giving her meds, keeping an eye on her and hoping for the best.
