New Born Pup
Hi,
I haven't posted since my pig, Dean, had surgery to remove lumps. Well, happily he recovered fine from that but today he was diagnosed with a bladder stone and we opted for surgery to remove it. The vet called to let us know she was unable to remove the stone because it looks to be attached to the bladder wall.
Does anyone know if this is common? Is there anything else we can do now? Dean's getting home today with pain meds but I'm not sure what the longterm care for him should be.
Any advice is much appreciated.
