I've just put Bob and Barry back after floor time and just noticed blood on the floor of the cage. It seems to be coming from Barry's left front foot. Its a bit difficult to tell because he's so wriggly but he is licking it. It seems to have stopped now.
They haven't been fighting and the floor of the run is clean, so I can only assume that he's done it when back in the cage. What could it be and do I need to do anything to it please? Thank you.

it is very likely that he has torn a nail. Please have another look and wash the foot with saline solution, either from the pharmacy or made at home by stirring 1 teaspoon of salt into 1 pint/500 ml of boiled, cooled water.
