Hi and welcome!

Is it sheer blood drops or a trickle coming out if the bum or is it stark red pee?

In the first you are dealing with an emergency and need to see a vet ASAP.
In the second case you are likely dealing with a urinary tract infection or cystitis that can wait until tomorrow; it still needs an antibiotic and painkiller/analgesic.

Is your piggy in pain or straining when pooing or peeing? And is he living indoors or ouside?

Is definitely agree with the others, he needs to see a vet now. Any bleeding is an emergency vet job in my opinion. Good luck!

I agree that you need to get your piggy seen by a vet. Good luck.
