No, it's normal. They can sleep with their eyes open or half closed. If they sleep with their eyes completely closed, it means they are relaxed and trusting

If the blinking continues for hours, the eye seems to become smaller or there is watery or greyish, gunky discharge, please see a vet. They have a special dye to check for any scratches or perforation of the cornea or whether something is stuck under a lid.
However, blinking three times is not enough to constitute a problem.
