Hey!
My piggie Rei has a bit of a bigger tummy I've noticed. It's squishy on the sides but tighter at the bottom if that makes sense.
She's eating hay, pellets and veg. She's months. She's pooping, playing, drinking. It doesn't hurt her when I touch her tummy.
Is it a bloat or something else?
All the piggies have been checked by vets and are females.
Thank you!

Hello.
How old is Rei? I ask this because mature females can develop a pear or teardrop shaped body.
How long have you had her and is there any chance she has been with a male? I ask this to help rule out pregnancy.
Is she gaining weight? If so how much and over what period?
Are there any other symptoms or issues apart from her shape?
Finally can you post a photo?

She's is 3 months. All my piggies were gender checked by vets. All female.
She is gaining about 5-15 grams a week.
No other symptoms. She plays, eats, moves, drinks, poops.

And that red stuff is just a cherry tomato that her cage mate tore apart. :D

She is lovely  How long have you had her? The fact she is pooing fine is a good sign against bloat.

Just an update, the bloat is gone. It was a small gas build up and 3 days on little remedies gas drops did the trick.
Let me stress for anyone with a bloat problem... I was in contact with my vet and the only reason she did not go in was because she was still constantly eating, I had her separated for short periods of time to watch her poops and she was playing. If her stomach was tighter or she screamed when I touched her belly or she was ignoring her food I would of brought her in. And again, I was in contact with a vet.
Have a good day everyone :)
