bloat?

Over the last few weeks one of my females age 2 .5 yrs has been getting bigger and bigger. I haven't worried too much as she is 100% fine in herself. Today I took her to the vet where they scanned her and was told all they could see was gas. She is eating, drinking and pooping normally and they didn't give me any medication. She is one of a free ranging herd and has access to loads of lush grass and weeds. I will keep her off the grass and start warm baths and massage. Would hay be ok and just complete pellets?

Thank you :-) just rather bemused as she is 100% fine and eating and pooping ok, I'm not convinced they are correct in diagnosis but will see how we go
