Aw, she certainly sounds as though she's feeling better - I hate it when any piggy is poorly, it really knocks me about too as I fret so much and cannot concentrate on anything else other than them :...
Treacy-Bum is in fabby hands though and sending moosive hugs to you all :)p

Sorry I missed this thread completely......glad to hear Treacy-Bum is on the mend, and big vibes winging their way over to her that she continues to do so well.

Somebody mentioned feeding dried herbs earlier on in the thread, and it got me to thinking about dried plantain. I feed this to the more picky and fussy bunny boarders, as it is a fantastic digestive aid and really stimulates the appetite. I know you have to be careful about feeding the dried herb mixes to piggies, as they have quite a high calcium content, but I'm not sure what kind of levels are in dried plantain.

I buy the Burns' Dried Plantain, as it's the only one I've found that is 100% plantain and not mixed with any other leaves:

We also go out and forage for fresh plantain in the Summer.

Might be worth a try for Treacle's long term feeding plans?

Tracey x
