I have not been feeling good so my mom feed them at 4pm but i just went in and there is a pool of redish liquid probably bloody urine i check them both they look ok but i need help i don't know what happened.

Guinea pigs can get urinary tract infections, which can lead to blood in urine. This will require an antibiotic (and possibly a check for bladder stones, which can predispose pigs to bladder infections.) If you're unsure who is peeing blood, you may want to separate each pig and place them on a towel or something to more clearly see who has blood in their urine (though it's more noticeable in some 'samples' than others.)

Yes i have called a vet and am going to try to get them in as soon as possible. I have put down puppy pads to better see if they are still peeing blood.

Might sound silly and I'd still get them checked but did she feed them beetroot? Also, my degus have stained wooden chews from the pet shop. I noticed if they chew them they have red urine. Could be something to consider

No i don't feed them beetroot or anything that would make their pee red.

Today i checked the puppy pads i put in last night and it looks ok but it is light orange is that bad or normal?

The light orange could be oxization. Was the pee coming out pink or was it old. Old oxidized urine can look scary.

By old i don't know how long you mean, it could have been from last night but i don't know. I put the puppy pads in last night before i went to bed and checked on them when i woke up.

Oxization happens pretty quickly. I would pay attention to what color it is when it comes out. If it is hours old, it is going to look different. If you want you can get urine test strips to test.

So today my piggies seem fine should i still bring them to the vet.

Yes i would, the vets know how to gentley squeeze the bladder in the right place so that they pee and can test it. Guinea pigs with u.t.i's . Cystitis or interterstial cystitis can act normal. It might be that you need an antibiotic for one of them. Hopefully nothings even wrong ☺.

Make sure you find a guinea pig vet though

I agree. I would still go to a vet and have the urine checked and exam done. Definitely find a vet who specializes in guinea pigs.
