one of my sows had blood in her urine last Wednesday so I got her in the vets and the vet said he can feel her bladder is inflamed and when he did a little squeeze bloody urine came out. He said it could be a number of things but he's going to treat her for cystitis so he set her on a course of enrobactin 0.3ml two times a day and 0.16ml of metacam once a day, 7 days in and I see no improvement at all.

I feel sick with worry so I guess I'm looking for suggestions to ease my mind.

Whereabouts are you located? If she continues to do bloody wees then after the meds are finished you could ask them to do a conscious ultrasound scan, it will show up any grit or inflammation/stones in the bladder.

Hello, sounds like the vet has gave you baytril as an antibiotic. If it doesn't clear up, lots of UTI's are treated with an antibiotic called septrin, it is one that is good for bladder issues so well worth talking to your vet about.
