After cleaning out my boys today and putting down fresh bedding I noticed blood in Ralph's wee...I've attached a picture. Should I take him to the vets tomorrow to get him checked?

Yes definite vet check needed. Most likely a UTI which will need antibiotics but the vet will need to rule out stones. Hopefully they will give him pain relief too.
