should I take her to the vet? It changed to this colour - started off much much lighter. I’ve not fed her any tomato or other red veg other than some red chard which is in the salad she likes.

She’s eating fine but purring a lot, I think this may be at her sister though.

You'd need to see how the wee comes out what colour it is

Worth getting some dipsticks to check for presence of blood

Any crying when weeing?

It doesn't look like blood to me, just oxidisation or veg coloured pee. Anyway, if in doubt or if your piggies are showing discomfort when peeing/pooing or have a strong, stale smell to their pee then please see a vet.

I think I’m being overly cautious but would like to take them both to the vet to get them checked over.

I’ve never had a pet before so no idea what to expect at vet. There’s one near me on the vet finder so will get them registered.

If I'm honest I think red chard is the worst for pee colouring. Within an hour or two of feeding it lily was peeing pink! Try leaving out the chard for a day and see if it continues
