poppy had blood comming out of her bum with poo on it i know she has cancer going to the vets at 4pm let you know

Sorry to hear about Poppy - good that you can see a vet today. When you say you know she has cancer is that you fearing the worst or has she been diagnosed with cancer already? Blood in urine or on poos can be due to a few different things.
How old is Poppy and is she showing any other symptoms eg being hunched in pain or squeaking when pooing /weeing?
Try to stay calm for Poppy and then you can ask all you need to at the vet. Hugs.

she 4 in august i think
ripping news paper never done before think she is pain

she eating ok still
It is a good sign she is still eating. The newspaper ripping /eating might show she wants some rough fibre for her gut? Mine like extra cardboard when they are poorly! Worth mentioning to vet and any other changes in behaviour / eating / drinking you have noticed. The vet should weigh her and give her a really thorough examination and might suggest some tests. Can you take any bedding with the blood / poo on to show the vet in a little bag? I know it sounds odd but it can be useful for them to see what you have seen. Lets us know how you get on.

vet pressed on her bladder is comming from there uni or stones give her pain killer and baytril and lexicon yeah trying to put more hay in
she lost weight 150 grams since last there

any ideas to help her through the loseing of blood

There's nothing you can do about the blood but keep her on the baytril and painkiller and encourage her to eat, if she's not eating for herself then you'll have to start syringe feeding straight away.If after she's finished the course of antibiotics, she's still passing blood then you'll need to look into having an X-ray to check for stones

You can't do a lot about the bleeding; that is for the medication to take care of. However, she is in no danger whatsoever of dying from loss of blood. Hopefully, it is just a straight forward urine infection.

With that amount of weight loss, please switch to topping her up with syringe feed and to weighing her daily at the same time in the feeding cycle, like before their dinner or breakfast. It is important that you try and keep her weight up; both the pain and the baytril are appetite killers. Our illustrated step-by-step guide tells you exactly what you can do with what you have got at home. Please read the guide carefully; it has been written for the inexperienced. Complete Syringe Feeding Guide

I would also recommend to syringe as much water as your guinea pig will take once or twice daily; please never give more than half a small syringe full at any time (i.e. one mouth full) and make sure that the previous lot has been swallowed before you ideally let her drink from the syringe more. Aim for 10-15 ml overall, but don't be frustrated if you can't get there. This will help to flush the bacteria out of the bladder and to ease the discomfort (and incidentally the bleeding).

Give one pinch of probiotics 1-2 hours after you give the antibiotic to help prop up the guts; baytril attacks not only the bad bacteria in the urinary tract, but also the good ones that are vital for the digestion. You can either give it on a bit of favourite veg or add to the syringe feed.

All the best!

poppy very good eats loads carrots i will give her

Please do not give too many carrots or tomatoes; they may encourage a cystitis, as is suggested in some circles.

Syringe feeding is not so very difficult if you start with mushed up pellets, which most guinea pigs like. It is - like nail traimming and medicating - mostly a matter of practice.

i only give her little bit she eats the pellets her in the bowl

If you want to give veg that are mildly diuretic (i.e. that increase the urine flow), you can up the amount of lettuce, cucumber and celery and also give young dandelions, just not so much as to cause diarrhea.
