This morning i noticed some pee in Maisy and Suzys food bowl. It was orangey red and there was some sludgy sediment in it. I think it's probably come from suzy as she likes to get in the food bowl.

Suzy is only 3 weeks old. She's blind in one eye and the product of inbreeding (not on my part).

I'm thinking it was probably bloody. Could it be a uti? bladder stones?

I'm a bit worried.

Crumbs Jess 3 weeks is very young to be suffering from bladder stones/uti problems. It couldn't be anything the girls have had to eat that has changed the colour of their wee i.e. beetroot, red pepper? I would get her checked out by your vet just to be on the safe side, particularly as she is so young. You could try syringing her some unsweetened cranberry juice (found some in Sainsbury's last week) this should help neutralise her wee and by increasing her fluid intake you should wash out any sludge that is sitting in her bladder. Good luck and keep us posted.

They had a tiny bit of red pepper 24 hours but i thought that any colours would have come out by then? I will get some cranberry juice tonight as i need to pick up some veggies too.

You could try giving fruit/veg that is high in water content like celery, cucumber, etc. and maybe the water can flush anything nasty away.
