My male guinea pig has two strange spikes, which appear to be skin growing from his genitalia. Has anyone else ever seen anything like this?
 
I think that is normal. Male guinea pigs have those spikes on their penis, that way they get attatched to the female. I'm not quite sure, but I think I remember reading that somewhere. Anyway, I'm sure someone who has more knowledge about that will answer you :nod:

A male penis got two spikes at the tip to help him hang onto a sow during mating. it is very likely that they may have left hanging out when the penis has retracted the last time. Please leave them be. ;)
