Hi I was sure I saw a while back about someone who does boarding after guinea pigs have been to the cat and rabbit clinic near Northampton? Nothing arranged yet but planning to bring one If my little piggy’s there in September and we will have to travel 4 hours.], so was hoping to board after to give her some time to rest before traveling, would anyone know who I’m referring to and can pass me the name? I’m sure it was a rescue (but I could have got that wrong)?

Debbie is not coming onto the forum for the next few months so she won’t see that she has been tagged on this post. Do search for TEAS on Facebook or online.
I hope your piggy is ok

Debbie's business is called Little Badgers Pet Care.
There is another boarder in Northampton which I used 4 years ago, I'll try to find her name. She was recommended by Debbie as Debbie had no space when I needed boarding.

We use Hop Skip & Bunk for boarding. It's also located in Northampton. Debbie knows Karen (who runs it). I believe there's another one around their area in Northampton and Debbie knows her as well.

The one I used was called Skittering Pigs, run by a lady called Julia. I'll have a dig and try to see if she is still doing boarding.

Edit: Yes she is still doing boarding. Her website also has an ad for TEAS' last event and is supporting them in other ways too, so that's a 👍

When I used the boarding service, it was because my piggy was having surgery at Cat & Rabbit the day before I had to go to Portsmouth for a family funeral, so I didn't have time to either wait all day in Northampton or go there and back twice, and I also didn't want to leave a post-op piggy unattended overnight. So Julia collected my pigs from the clinic and looked after them for 2 nights.
