I think Furry Friends on here does boarding for piggies rolleyes

Bunny Hops in Duston or Marilan in Kingsthorpe |). Both brilliant borders with indoor and outdoor accommodation and both use The Cat and Rabbit Care Clinic as their vet - Simon's an amazing piggy vet. If you're further North then I'd highly recommend Tracy at RNGP Welfare near Rugby.

Yes I board piggies through my business, Little Badger's Pet Care. I am in the process of getting new, purpose built boarding accommodation but also offer indoor places for piggies.
