My two new boars have "appeared" to be getting on pretty well after the intial couple of days when therer were a few ructions.
However, I have noticed a couple of scratches on the nose of Chewy on a couple of occasions and also a small hole near his lip. None of them look particualry bad and are all dry and not bleeding. I've also never witnessed any fighting - whenever I go to check on them everything looks fine :-\
Not sure what - if anything - I can do. At what point should I become really concerned? Or is this par for the course?

Hi,
Make sure there cages/hutches dont have any sharp edges or bits and pieces in there as this could of caused the scratches maybe but with the hole in the lip maybe that is a bite wound as mine had one before where it was dry blood but they was fine after that and still are

Do they have lots of space to run around as 2 in a small cage or a small area can get frustrated O0

Well, they're in a 4 foot double hutch - but they don't seem to have worked out the ramp yet :-\ I put Chewy on it and gave him a gentle push and he eventually went up but Spike wouldn't even try - so at the moment there is one upstairs and one downstairs.
They also get out in a 6 foot run frequently and they seem fine - but they do tend to keep their distance from each other - they will bothe hide in separate shelters. But my group of 3 who have been together ages always keep to their own space. I have never witnerssed ANY of my guinea pigs "snuggling" or anything! :(

Oh no not those two cuties you got off me? I thought it was all going so well!

Well I'm not sure it isn't! Could be that there was one little tiff that is nothing to worry about or could be they are bickering behind my back every time I leave! :-\
Hopefully whatever it is will settle down.
