Polo you could really teach Harry some stuff. He loves to toss his head WHILE climbing and jumping. He's very sweet and wants so much attention. If I walk into the room he greets my like I'm his Queen, and when I sit down to feed Kongo he comes running and wants to sit very close. Oh yes, slave says she's exhausted and sleep deprived. But to be honest, I have only went forward until this friday. Slowslowslow, but still forward and for the better. Ofc its very frustrating knowing I CAN eat my hay but just doesn't, but I've been happy and had a big appetite.
Goal is not reached yet. But the combination of me being curious and sniffing around after the hay when slave gives it and let her handfeed me two pretty big portions is a very good sign. It has really been a journey and I'm very sleep deprived after weeks of this. Kongo is a strong fighter and he did start to come back and eat hay before my rainbow Joe did one time we trimmed his toofies. The difference was Joe had a pretty rare problem for guinea pigs - a molar embedded in gums that grew sharp and just needed slight a trim (like humans get. I did, seven OPs and four weeks in coma later. Joe was the first pig we took home and I realize he was my traumababy in so many ways...I hope Kongo continues to eat lots and lots! Sounds like you’ve been on a real journey with him

).. When we had figured it out the first time it never was any issues besides Joe was a mental nutcase. Kongo has a trauma and its just like trappen tongue - maybe not fixable. Kongos biggest problem after this has acctually been coming back from the GA. The first week was just horrible. He has been very stressed and lost all of his confidence. It has been very small steps on the way that convienced me Kongo is not done. I'm very happy we took this long fight! He truly is my little Royal.
